What is my expected delivery time?
Currently we estimate a 6-8 week turn around time from ordering until product completion ( this does not include shipping time) This is due to each item being handmade to order, however I will always endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible. I work through signs and ship upon completion meaning you could receive items in 2 weeks or the full 8 weeks. If you're not happy to wait the delivery time then please do not order.
Do you accept Returns, Cancellations or Exchanges?
At this time we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges due to the customised & handcrafted nature of all our products. This means that all sales are final.
Do you ship Internationally?
I do ship world wide. Shipping prices are calculated at check out for pre-existing countries we ship to. For countries not on this list please select your destination and we will invoice you a pricing estimate. Please note on all international shipping you are responsible for paying any import/ custom fees or taxes.
What are your products made of?
All my products are custom made normally using wood. I use MDF, Plywood as well as solid timber.
Will you create custom or bespoke pieces?

Are your sizing's accurate?
I always state approx in my listings, I will always aim to produce to the dimensions stated but there can be some fluctuations by up o 5mm.
Can I change my order?
All sales are final, so please make sure to check all colour and personalised options before purchase. No changes will be made after.
Can I put the signs outside?
Due to the wood/ materials I use these signs are not suitable for outdoor elements and are only intended for indoor use.
Do you supply fixings?
Please check individual listings as some signs come with hooks, larger signs have D hooks attached, I do not supply any rawlplugs or screws/nails.
What packaging do you use?
Every item gets packaged with protection, mainly bubblewrap, so please re-use and recycle where possible. Everything thing gets packaged with some extra pixie dust (confetti)- please ask if you'd prefer not to have this in your order.
My order arrived and is not correct or damaged/flawed, what should I do?
I always aim to share 100% magic, but unfortunately accidents and the unexpected can happen.
If you receive your order and it is not what you purchased or has arrived damaged please get in contact as soon as possible so we can discuss the best solution moving forward.
Please note that this does not apply to items damaged in transport, loss, delayed or stolen items. I package the products to the best of my abilities and can not be held responsible for damages from third party carriers. Whilst I appreciate that damages can happen via third party you will need to get in contact with the carrier to create a claim, I can not be held accountable or liable for damages during transport. Please remember that if you're making a claim you'll need to keep the original packaging as they usually ask for photographic evidence of the damaged packaging.
